Where can I buy my Zoofest pass or my tickets?
Passes are available online at www.zoofest.com, or at the Just For Laughs box office, located at the 2095 St-Laurent Blvd. The accepted on-line payments are VISA and Mastercard whereas cash payments can be made directly at the Just For Laughs box office:

Can I book two tickets for the same show with my pass?
Your pass is for your own use, which means you cannot buy tickets for anyone but yourself.
When and how to book shows once you have purchased your pass.
Once you have purchased your pass, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address in which your pass number as well as your PIN number will be confirmed. You must log onto www.zoofest.com click the section my space, logon using your pass and PIN number, once connected, simply select the shows you want and they will automatically save themselves
How can I change the shows selection included with my pass?
As per our return policy, no exchange or refund will be accepted. However, if you made a mistake in selecting a show or if two selected shows are conflicting in their schedule, please reach out to us at 514-509-5273 or at info@zoofest.com and we will cancel the conflicting ticket. You will be granted access to choose from the selection of shows. First come, first served! Your selection of shows available is as far as the Zoofest and Off-JFL program. A wide selection is at your disposal.
I am not able to book a show with my pass but tickets are available to purchase, why don’t I have access?
We have divided in a fair manner our ticket inventory between single tickets and tickets sold through the use of a pass. Once all the inventory of tickets sold through the use of a pass have been purchased, you will no longer be able to book a seat with your login number. You can buy single tickets or wait for added shows and use your pass once more. As usual, first come first served! The selection of shows available with your pass covers the entieriety of the Zoofest & OFF-JFL line-ups, an impressive variety of entertainment is at your disposal
I can't buy my pass/billets or book my shows due to a problem on the website, what to do?
The problem could be linked to the Internet browser you are using. Try visiting our website using a different browser or simply refresh the page. If the problem persists, please contact us via email at: info@zoofest.com or by phone at the 514-509-5273 (1-877-353-3378).
When and where can I retrieve my pass?
If at the time of purchase, you chose to « pick-up your pass in person » we will contact you via email to announce when the passes are ready to be picked up. All passes can be retrieved at the Just For Laughs box office during their opening hours 2095, boulevard Saint-Laurent.
All passes can also be retrieved at the Zoofest spot, located at the corner of St-Urbain and De Maisonneuve Street.
I want to exchange or cancel my booking to a show, how can I do so?
As per our policy, no refund or exchanges can be made. For any cancellation or exchange request related to an extreme situation, please contact us with your purchase number at info@zoofest.com. Our team will respond within 3 business days to your inquery.
Can I book my seat in the show of my choice?
All the seats at the Zoofest’s shows are sold as general admission; therefore no assigned seats are available. First come first seated! It is recommended you arrive early to your show. Doors opening time are indicated on your ticket. Late-comers may not be admitted.
Which venues are wheel-chair accessible?
All of our venues are wheel-chair accessible except the Café Cléopâtre. Please arrive 20 minutes early to shows taking place at the Katacombes and 30 minutes prior to curtain call to shows at the Monument National.
Why doesn’t the pass have unlimited access as it had 2 years ago?
We have received a number of requests for spectators to have the opportunity to book shows ahead of time for a better planned enjoyment of their festival experience. As you know the Zoofest pass allows you to book 3 shows in advance and 1 free show a day. Considering the show lasts 24 days, the pass allows you to see up to 27 shows. Even our most zealous festivalgoers do not see that many shows!
Are my tickets and free entry passes included in my festival pass transferable?
Any ticket booked with your Zoofest pass can solely be used by the owner of the pass. However, for daily free tickets, if unclaimed, they may be released for other Zoofest pass holder to book a show.
How can I book my daily free shows during the festival?
During the festival, simply logon to your member profile at Zoofest.com using your pass number and chosen PIN number. Once on your profile, all available free shows will be at your disposal for a convenient selection. Please be aware that the number of available seats is limited, logon regularly to verify available options. A daily updated list is uploaded throughout the festival to allow for 24 to 48 hours forewarning depending on the Zoofest pass you purchased.
How can I retrieve my lost or forgotten pass number and or Pin number?
You must contact us via email at info@zoofest.com, or by phone, at 514-509-5273. Our customer service agents will be able to assist you you’re your request. Please note that during the festival, turnaround time may vary.
Are there venues that do not allow anyone under 18?
The Katacombes, the Comedy work, the Café Cléopâtre, the Wiggle Room and the Newspeak are not permitted to anyone under 18.
I did not receive my e-tickets as a result of my reservation, what should I do ?
If you have not received your e-tickets, first check to see if they are in your "unwanted e-mails". Then, if you can not find them, contact the ticket office at info@zoofest.com to retrieve them.
If you have booked your shows included with your pass, please note that it is normal that you have not received an e-ticket. The bar code on your Zoofest pass will be the equivalent of your ticket, so it is very important to always bring it when you show up at your shows.
